About the yoga
The style of yoga offered is a combination of different practices such as Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, and Anusara Yoga. The intention is to create a variety of sequences to stretch and liberate toxins to cleanse your body; increase your presence, energy, flexibility, strength and stamina. In addition we also integrate deep breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation techniques. All these ingredients come together in a natural setting surrounded by the tropical Rainforest, where you will find yourself flowing at the rhythm of the wind, traveling through the trees, and enjoying the enigmatic view of the Pacific Ocean.
About the Teacher
Pilar Salazar has been practicing yoga since 1999. She started practicing Ashtanga Yoga & Vinyasa Flow, now she has found that Anusara yoga has drawn her attention and her practice has become strongly oriented around it´s universal principals.
