Our efforts are oriented to obtain the Bandera Blanca (white flag) Award, given by Acueductos y Alcantarillados (An organization which administers all the water services in Costa Rica). That is the reason we have been carrying out projects such as our soil protection plan. We also have a rain water channeling plan where in we constantly monitor river flows. We have a water conservation plan in the hotel which stems from our environmental awareness and motivates our water conservation campaign.
