We have a vegetable garden in which we use nature-friendly procedures, trying our best to guide our efforts according to conservation and environmental impact policies.

La Cusinga´s project aims to produce as many products as we can and to be self-sufficient. This reduces costs and allows us to serve fresh organic products from our own soil.
It is a pleasure to serve a dish about which we can say. This meal has been prepared with products raised and harvested here in our vegetable garden, using friendly and organic processes, without any chemical products.".
